US Forex Brokers

Forex brokers in the USA are required to be registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and be a member of the National Futures Association (NFA).

The NFA is a self-regulatory institution in the U.S. derivatives industry that is overseen by the CFTC.

These two financial watchdogs ensure a high level of client protection and trading with a US broker is safe.

US forex brokers offer 1:50 leverage for major forex pairs, which is much higher than the leverage restrictions from ESMA, FCA, and ASIC (1:30).

Keep in mind that some US Forex brokers don’t accept applications from traders outside of the USA.
